Prices.

The prices indicated on the website do not include the corresponding indirect taxes according to the tax regime of the delivery address, within the Spanish territory (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). For the rest of the countries of the European Union, the indirect tax corresponding to Spain will also be applied (EXCEPT IF YOU ARE A COMPANY AND PROVIDE US WITH THE EU TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER) Outside the countries of the European Union it will be considered export, not VAT will be applied, the corresponding transport and insurance costs of the merchandise will be applied and caThe country of destination will apply the corresponding import surcharges and customs expenses.

Product Features.

The products that appear on the web pages have all the indications about their characteristics,  colors, measurements, designs, composition, prices.

The measurements of the sizes indicated are approximate, they may suffer a small change in their measurements.

The order implies acceptance without restrictions or reservations. to these general conditions of sale.Once the first payment is made, the order is accepted., therefore from that moment  the order is confirmed and now there will be no right of dissent.

Once the final and total payment is confirmed, the corresponding merchandise will be sent to you.

If the product is not available at the time of the order, the customer will be informed by email once their order is available for delivery.

If you wish to cancel the order, the cancellation will be accepted if we have not yet started the production process or if we have not yet made any expenses,  the advance amount will be returned and the order will be cancelled. Only in this situation.

For  customized products with designs sent by the client for printing and that have been approved by the client through a drawing with their design that we will send by email for approval,there will be no right of dissent. Therefore there will be no right to return or  compensation of any kind. If you wish, for your safety, we can send you a previous sample by mail (ask for cost).

Payments for custom orders.

When confirming the order, 50% of the total amount with VAT must be advanced and the rest will be paid when we indicate that it is ready to deliver to the carrier. It will come out once the remaining payment has been confirmed on our behalf.

To pay for the order, the customer has several payment options: By credit card through PayPal,   or  bank transfer.

Payment will be taken into account once verified in our bank account.

For shipments outside of Spain that are not reflected on the website, information on the corresponding costs must be requested by email.

 

Deterioration of the shipment,

If, upon receiving the order, you notice that the packaging is damaged or the number of packages does not correspond to what is indicated on the carrier's delivery note, state this on the carrier's delivery document and notify our company immediately by email. In the event that it does not, we cannot be held responsible for any claim.

Changes and returns of non-printed products.

The client has a period of 3 days from the delivery of the product at his home to make any claim that he considers that it does not comply with the order placed. You will communicate it via email indicating the reason for the claim. Without this prior communication it will not be possible to process the return.We reserve the right not to accept the return if we understand that it does not correspond.

To purchase online products  printed with our designs,

If you understand that the order received is not the one thatYou solicito, and once verified by us that you are right, we will refund the amount paid, once the good condition of the returned product has been verified.

By email we will indicate the form of return.

We will not accept the return of the product when it shows obvious signs of use or manipulation. The return will require the agreement of both parties.

WARRANTY.

If the defect in the product is clearly our responsibility, we will mutually agree to resolve the problem by replacing or returning it, free of charge. The total amount paid will be refunded by the same mechanism with which we charge it, immediately upon receiving and verifying the defect and our responsibility.

 

Shipping delays.

The client accepts that our company is not responsible for the delay of shipments caused  for reasons or circumstances over which we do not have direct control. Shipments are made sufficiently in advance so that the agreed delivery times are met. We take charge of the possible economic damages resulting from the possible delay due to force majeure. alien to us

About Design Property Rights.

The client assumes responsibility regarding the Intellectual Property Law on the designs provided, in case said designs have Copyright.

If you have authorization to produce with a brand with rights, you must reliably demonstrate it to be able to produce it.

competent jurisdiction.

In the event that a dispute arises over this contractual relationship, the parties stipulate that before initiating any legal action they will seek a friendly solution. These conditions of sale are subject to Spanish law and in case of dispute between the parties, the competent jurisdictionwill be la of the address of our  company, in the city of Valencia.
